eviews are a very important factor of your Amazon business. It shows credibility. It gives you a better chance of getting buy box and so much more. Overall, you will want to make sure you're holding at least 4 and half stars on your seller central account. However, things do happen when you'll get a two start review. In this portion of the guide, we will go over how to appeal a review

You will want to click "performance -> Feedback Manager."

Once completed, you will want to find the review you want to appeal and click on "choose one," then appeal. However, if you click on this and it shows " Denied." You should have been sent a case number in this case. With this case number, you will add additional comments to assist the claims team with the appeal process

Please note that not all reviews can be appealed. Nevertheless, you should still attempt to appeal the ones you can.
